Contemporary Research QIP-SDI HDMI IPTV Encoder
Thedual-program QIP-SDI HDMI, with one SDI and one HDMI input, sets a new standardfor sports, motion and digital signage encoding. Dual hardware scalers acceptcontent up to 1080p, shapes digital signage for edge-to-edge presentation, andcompensates for non-broadcast and PAL refresh rates. Encoding as MPEG2 orH.264, the QMOD-SDI HDMI can output the content as two SPST Multicast orUnicast IPTV streams. Options include dual-language SAP audio, easy front-panelsetup and alternate audio and NTSC video inputs. Web setup, monitoring, andfirmware updates are available via USB and Ethernet ports. Two-across mountingoffers up to four programs per rack space, with the ability to mix models tohandle HDMI, SDI, and NTSC video sources.
